Wolf Naming Ritual
History
In the Yggdrasil pack, pups typically are not named until they reach at least 6 months of age to ensure that they survive childhood. Oftentimes, if they are not the child of a high-ranking pack member or special in some way, they will remain unnamed until they reach adulthood and decide to stay in the pack permanently.
Naming a child before they reach 6 months of age is considered bad luck and likely to result in their untimely death.
