Mind Worldsoul (Vanaheim)
This becomes your mandatory vocation you choose during character creation and begins with one point. Your score with this Vocation determines your Tier level and capabilities. You have the abilities of your tier and those lower than it.
Tier 1: Minor Telepathy – You may communicate with other living life forms in close proximity through your thoughts. If the target is actively resisting or previously unaware of your ability, you must succeed a strategy check to do so. You may also read minds without the target knowing provided you succeed an strategy check. Your INT score must be equal or higher to the targets in order to read minds stealthily. You may only choose one target at a time to telepath with. Tier 2: Major Telepathy - You may communicate with other living life forms in close proximity through your thoughts whether they are resisting or not as long as you have equal or higher INT. If the target has Higher INT you must succeed an strategy check. You may also read minds without the target knowing provided you succeed an strategy check no matter their INT score. You may only choose one target at a time to telepath with. Tier 3: Full Telepathy – You may choose any number targets in close proximity to telepath with. Targets with lower or equal INT automatically fail to detect or resist you. Higher INT targets you must still succeed a strategy check to read the mind without being detected. Minor Divination: At the start of combat, you may add your worldsoul score instead of your Reflex to your initiative roll. You may also make a worldsoul check anytime outside of combat to see immediate events about to unfold outiside of or before combat begins. When you do this, your Worldsoul score and Tier level temporarily decreases by 1. Your Worldsoul score is restored at dawn the next in-game day. Tier 4: Major Divination – At the start of combat, you may add your worldsoul score instead of your Reflex to your initiative roll. You may also make a worldsoul check anytime and see multiple possible timelines unfold for both combat and non combat situations based on events that have previously transpired. Combat Applicable Skills:
Telepathic Confusion - Impose lapses in thought and slower reaction times on enemies. Produce disorienting noises and imagery within their own mind.
Empathic Persuasion - Grant advantage or disadvantage for an enemy or ally by slightly altering their emotions
