The Northern Kingdom

Einarr's Guide to the Northern Kingdom
Foreword
It is as I finally sit the desk in my suite in Thorhöll that I can say with certitude that I am now done with the drafting of the book I have been preparing the whole time since my untimely return to the lands of my birth.
This book is the product of long and intense researches, both amongst the halls of my first and foremost home like on the field, as I travelled the paths of the lands I had left almost as soon as I had came of age only to return thirteen years later, to do the same thing I had already done multiple times. That is, putting down the notes I made during my long journey around the Northern Kingdom, documenting as well as I could what I see and hear.
Mind you, this doesn’t mind that I am not pretending to be objective, this is and has never been my goal as far as my writings are concerned. Especially where my birth nation is concerned. So please keep in mind that my experience is exactly what it is, mine. My life isn’t representative at all of my countrymen.
However, it is a promise that I am doing everything possible to be fair.
