The Oblivion Accords

In the late 19th century American pioneers uncovered a secret society of supernaturals who preyed on the innocent, using those unnatural gifts to control, manipulate, and ensorcel all who stood in their way. With the help of Native American shamans, this heroic group of pioneers and natives severely interrupted the society's plans. The supernaturals approached the posse to reach a truce. So it was set forth that supernaturals would work within specified guidelines. Any breach of the agreement would result in extreme action and the destruction of the offenders. Thus, the Oblivion Accords were struct. Coexistence or Oblivion!   From there on, the Posse Lucis Invicti -- The Undefeated Posse of Light -- has policed the supernatural on behalf of world governments who abide by the Accords.   You are new agents of the PLI, recently trained and ready for field duty.
