The Blue Water Inn is the only inn in town, and is run by Urwin Martikov and his wife Danika Dorakova. It is seen as a sanctuary from the dread of the lands, and the innkeeper does his best to reinforce that image. Barovians flock to the inn at night, where the wine and food serve as a last source of hope to the drained inhabitants. The tavern itself is packed with tables. A bar sits on one wall, and the chamber is two stories high with balconies on either side leading to the guest rooms. Wolf heads are mounted wooden plaques on the walls.

The Blue Water Inn turned out to be one of the strongholds of the Keepers of the Feather, serving as a safe location to anyone associated with them.
