Session 20: Old Hags a Plenty

General Summary

The Danger Strangers finally arrive at the Tser Pool Encampment. It is here that after a drink and some tales they meet Madam Eva, an ancient Vistani seer that knows a surprising amount about them. In a bid for aid, she reads them their cards, all accompanied by cryptic messages.

This card tells of history. Knowledge of the ancient will help you better understand your enemy. Look for a den of wolves in the hills overlooking a mountain lake. The treasure belongs to Mother Night.

After this long-due reading, they once again set off in hopes of figuring out the clues they'd been given by the cards. On their travels, they once again passed by Old Bonegrinder and decided to check out the nearby fane. They however only glossed over the ancient temple itself before deciding to ask the current inhabitants about it. The inside, still strewn with bones, however upset Carren of Rizelia. He confronted Morgantha and her coven, but she disappeared before his very eyes. Only a cackling could be heard on the wind, foreshadowing an unfortunate twist in these unfortunate lands.
