Session 6: Even Giant Rats in (technically) a Cellar

General Summary

All wyverns are dragons, but not all dragons are wyverns. All wyrmlings are dragons, but not all dragons are wyrmlings.

Wisdom of the ages.

^{Fair warning I don't remember an awful lot of this evening as I was kinda ill.}
The Adventuring Party follows Meepo to meet Yusdrayl, the leader of the local Kobolds sitting upon a dragon-shaped throne with a key in its mouth. Yusdrayl tells them of the Sunless Citadel, the Goblins that now inhabit the lower halls, as well as a more mysterious creature wielding magic that leads the Goblins. There's also something about previous adventurers passing through and fruit. He offers a reward for the party should they return Calcryx, their misplaced wyverndragon wyrmling. The party agrees, but takes a short rest in the Kobold den first.
Refreshed and a bit smokey they set out once more, Meepo leading them towards the Goblins. They however get sidetracked rather quickly by tracks on the floor and decide to investigate some cells first. There's rats and rat nests. Onward there is an already-triggered trap, beyond which lies a chamber with several bodies, a massive rats' nest, the rats living in the nest as well as a mommy rat. Guthash the Bloated One however quickly gets squashed, as do the local giant rats, though they do manage to take a nibble of Meepo.
It is at this point that one of our good friends is about to leave for a different kind of party, so we call it early.
Nothing to do with me puking the remainder of the night.
