The 1st Contract

Before the Offenders Neighborhood had formed there was a group of five who gathered together to perform one of the greatest heists known to mankind. Legend has it they gathered together at a small bar, but neither of them speaking a word to his compatriots. Only communicationg through notes and body language.

After meeting they met up with their employer in a quiet place outside of town and drew up a contract that every member had to sign. They had three different copies. An audio, where each member spoke the contract word for word followed by "I (person's name), do solemnly swear to obey every word in this contract." A digital and physical version of the contract they had to sign.

Once the contract had been signed and properly stored by all five members and thier employer, each man went his own way, and executed his part of the heist, before joining back together near the end of the month.

The hiest was successfully completed.

Purpose

This contract was a binding way to organize several people who would in any normal circumstance never get along or even think about working together.

The contract was drawn up mainly by the employer to make sure that no criminal would think about backing out or fail to complete their part of the heist.

Historical Details

Legacy

Contracts were used quite extensively during the OG Offenders "rule". These contracts were used to draw other criminals into this "Neighborhood". Many of these contracts are still in use to this day, and for any criminal organization or any criminal who wishes to join the Offenders Neighborhood must sign a contract before and after initiation.

Most contracts that happen now are not quite as important. Contracts are typically used for peace treaties or alliances and typically never last for very long with at least one party breaking the contract.

In all criminal history, no one has known of a more impactful contract, that was arguably so well-written it drew the criminals together again, but this time officially.
