The 5 Star

The 5 Star is the top general of The US GSA. The 5 Stars are mostly forgotten in history due to the secrecy of the organization they lead. However, a good 5 Star would be considered a great man, due to the stress and pressure of the job.

Duties

Soldier: Sir, how are you still alive?

5 Star: I'm not sure. If I didn't know I had good soldiers looking for me and having my back. And if I didn't know that I had good men that relied on me for protection, I probably would have cracked along time ago.
— quote from investigation report when a 5 Star was taken as hostage

The 5 Star must be a strong man, not just physically, but mentally. He must have strong righteous values that he does not stray from. He must have a strong mind, and be able and willing to face psychological threats. He must also have a sound, sharp, and quick-witted mind. He must be discerning and be able to deliver justice to those who deserve it.

Responsibilities

The 5 Star is responsible for hiring and training the 5 generals below him. He is sometimes tasked with hiring the captains and lieutenants as well. He is in charge of giving responsibilities and tasks to his generals and soldiers. He must make sure that every general has a clear goal and objective to complete.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Yeah, it's a shame. He was a good man, everbody looked up to him. Guess it just goes to show anyone can be corrupted. Even our 5 Star.
— general on the removal of a 5 Star

A 5 Star may be removed if at least 3 of his generals declare him to be unfit for the job in any way. If they believe he is taking bribes, favoring one of the generals, if his moral standard is decreasing, or if his mental state is lowering.

If 3 of his generals declare him unfit, an investigation will take place. Whatever evidence the generals brought in to dismiss him will be reviewed and verified and the 5 Star will undergo a series of tests and procedures to verify if he is still fit.
