A full castle worth of rooms lay within

It is a thick walled heavy stone tower. It is also enchanted to be able to shrink down to the size of a chess rook. While inside the Tower, decay holds no sway. Food shall not spoil and people shall not age.
History
The Legend says that at the far end of creation the Last Tower Stands watch. During the height of the war between the Order of Dawn and the Order of Dusk it was decided by the Herald of Dawn to place a guard over the Outer Dark. The Last Tower was deployed from the Order of Dawn's arsenal and a Lightseeker placed in command with an entire chapter of Acolytes. A permanent structure was to be build but nothing not blessed by the departed gods could withstand being that close to the Outer Dark. And when the war ended the way back from the border with the Outer Dark became lost. Legend suggest that chapter still holds their watch to this day
