A large city with massive walls. This city repelled dozens of dragon attacks in the great war and is famous for having never fallen.

Demographics

The population is mostly human (79%), with smaller numbers of halflings (9%), elves (5%), dwarves (3%), gnomes (2%), half-elves (1%) and half-orcs (1%).

Government

King Silas and his 13 year old son rule the city. They are well liked and known for ruling justly. However, there is nothing Silas wouldn't do for his son.

Defences

There are massive walls around the city and 4 smaller castles inside the city, located in a plus shape(cardinal directions) around the keep in the center. Every wall and castle has large scorpions on it ready to shoot down any dragons should any have survived.

Guilds and Factions

Kattegat is the capital of Kattegat. Although they don't own any other major cities, they still have considerable influence and are they only ones attempting to explore Teophlan.
