Jon Smith
Jon Smith is the handler for The Brotherhood of Carters, Fishmongers, and Allied Trades, responsible for communications between the Brotherhood organization and its agents.

General Physical Condition
Jon has the appearance of a 19th century chimney sweep (complete with vest and top hat), straight out of Mary Poppins. The thin layer of grime that covers him from cap to boot "grays-out" any real distinguishing features. He has a wide, friendly grin and an extremely polite manner.
