Background

Mobile Task Force Omega-5 ("The Wildshapers") was initially dispatched to Research Site 61, Candlekeep, to gather information and speak to Matreous on a matter regarding a separate mission, [REDACTED]. During their investigation, for Matreous who was missing, they inadvertently discovered and activated AC-106, a book titled "The Joy of Extradimensional Spaces." The mansion within which the book was found was previously owned by Fistandia, and evidence suggests that Freyot, a friend of Fistandia, had been present due to the discovery of her journal.

Incident Details

Discovery: Upon activating AC-106, MTF Omega-5 was transported into an extradimensional space, which was a mansion once belonging to Fistandia. The current whereabouts of Fistandia and Freyot remain unknown.

Incursion: Inside the extradimensional space, the team found the researcher Matreous, who they were initially sent to locate, who had been trapped there. His liberation occurred accidentally when the team opened the portal via AC-106.

Anomalous Phenomena: The team encountered animated brooms within the mansion. These brooms have since been brought back and are now functioning as [REDACTED].
