Nahan
The land past the northern most mounatin ranges of Eisoleff.
Demographics
Tabaxi are the primary inhabitants but humans and orcs have found there way north comfortably. A clan of blue and copper dragon born are said to live out in the sands but that's yet to be confirmed by academics. The Nehan aren't these people though. The region is claimed by the Tabaxi clan of the same name. They're responsible for defending the lands, regulating water usage, allowing the migration of peoples who enter the area, and the general regulation of trade laws.
Government
The tabaxi clans run on a Noocracy, the wisest and most accomplished are looked to for advice and instruction. Other humanoid clans have different but mostly irreverent forms of governance. Trade laws are set by the Nehan elders and failure to follow them is likely to end with you being blacklisted from trade or, in some rare cases, your disappearance. The Nehan don't like or print coin. They'll accept it with the knowledge that it can get them food or luxury goods when thimes look bleak.
Defences
Stealth and illusions to hide the tabaxi clans from potential threats. Living long enough to find any particular tribe or person is rare for would be invaders and assassins.
Industry & Trade
The clan uses money for the soul purpose of subsistence. The trade of good with desert citadels and oasis bases is to feed and clothe the clan as needed.
Infrastructure
Moving structures that house all the buildings in the clan.
Assets
Glass and stone works that are either beautifully crafted or elegantly enchanted. Knowing the region and general control of the land is the greatest thing in the Nehan's back pockets.
