Leo ir'Soldano

A Thranish nobleman with a history of military command, Leo is the current neutral supervisor for the space initiatives. The governor of the Thranish ward in Thronehold, he was appointed as a neutral party, someone able to mediate between the organizations quickly coming to overrun Thronehold, and capable of negotiating with the city on their behalf.
Leo was career military, joining as an experience wyvern commander in the later years of the war. He participated in the third siege of Korth, several naval battles in the Scion's Strait, and defended Thaliost from Aundairan forces. After the war, he retired his commission, returning to private life, and entering Thranish politics as a decorated war hero.
In his role as mediator, he has raised the suspicion of Adelaide ir'Laurent and Reven Folchart in particular, both with reasons to suspect he may have ties to Thranish intelligence services. The agents of the space organizations may keep their distance from him, but it's unclear if he has any ulterior motives in the role.
