The quartermaster of Bartosk's Emerald Claw cell. A bright, outgoing half-elf man who swings into melancholy streaks where he talks of losing near everything in the war. A skilled tinkerer, he's kept the cell running on fumes when supplies dry up.
Escaped the arrest of his cell after Reven Folchart 's intervention, leading a small unit of troops away from the oncoming military force.
