The Owl

An unidentified leader of the Swords of Liberty within Sharn, "The Owl" or "Blue Owl" is a codename used by a human man in his 40s, Brelish, with strong ties to the organization. Though his group's actions have only recently turned openly criminal, with the firebombing of Cecil DeLorie's embassy from Aundair, it's believed the Swords have strong ties to local organized crime.
It's known he has some talent with enchantment magic, but he has remained mostly elusive until now. It's known he meets clients and allies at a club in Hareth's Folly, the Six to Midnight, but the exact nature of his links to the place are unknown. It is expected a formal warrant will be placed for his arrest shortly.
