Aran Weaver

On 19 Kythorn 1491 DR, the Owl Friends came to the aid of Aran, who's giant spiders broke free from their paddocks. The valuable livestock produce the silk which the farm workers weave by loom for export.
A rival silkery sought to disrupt Aran's business by sneakily attacking the spiders whilst in their cages, spooking the giant beasts who burst through their normally-secured doors.
As they made their way north towards the Neverwinter Woods, the Owl Friends were able to use a mix of skills to persuade the spiders to return to their pens. It was touch and go, with the party on the edge of failure, before Golgruk “Gruk” Bloodaxe was able to intimidate the spiders into submission.
For their efforts, Aran provided the group with a reward of 25 GP and two Antivenom potions.
