Major Lee Hackett

Major Lee Hackett is a human male and member of the Phaeros Foundation.

History

During the War

At some point, Hackett joined the Breland military and rose to the rank of major. His primary role was running and protecting convoys. During that time, he was assigned to protect a research convoy in Q'Barra and met Dr. Bartholomew Turk, a gnome professor from Morgrave University. The two found an ancient religious site still protected and inhabited by native Lizardfolk. Breland ordered the killing of all inhabitants to secure the site rich in dragonshards. Together, Turk and Hackett refused and protected the site. Hackett was discharged and Turk was sent back to Morgrave University in disgrace.

After the War

Hackett returned to Breland and sought out Dr. Turk in Sharn. There, Turk had founded (or rather been forced to found) the Phaeros Foundation and Hackett became his first member, offering his services and military know-how.

Description

Appearance

Hackett, despite no longer being a military member, still wears military style clothes and a long, duster style coat. He keeps his hair and facial hair short and clean.

Personality

Hackett is a no-nonsense, straightforward military type who prefers to work with like-minded people. However, he departs from the typical military sort when it comes to morality, choosing to disobey direct orders to protect the lizardfolk in Q'Barra. He has a strong sense of morality and trusts his gut when it comes to judging others.
