Rasp is a male Kenku and Grave Domain cleric. As a player character, Rasp is played by Kristin DeLeon.

Description

Appearance

Rasp wears a black travelling coat and carries a plague mask that he dons in combat and when he deems appropriate. His feathering is black like raven's feathers and he wears a short, flat-topped black cloth hat.

Personality

Rasp is inquisitive and seemingly caring, but at times his mood is hard to define mostly due to his only means of communication being mimicry. However, Rasp has shown himself to be loyal to the company he has found himself in and does as much as he can to keep those around him healthy.

Biography

Background

At some point during the Last War, Rasp was recruited or joined the military as a field medic. Due to a familiarity with the undead on the battlefield, Rasp must have served in Karrnath, although it's unknown on which side he served.

Pre-Campaign

Deciding to travel to Sharn in order to find work, Rasp boarded the Lightning Rail somewhere north of Passage, AU. On the rail, Rasp met Marcella Moreau, a half-elven woman, while traveling south to Breland as the two both sat in the passenger car during their trip.

Campaign

Session 1: The 13th House

After a fight against Rail Raiders on the Lightning Rail, a gnome professor named Dr. Turk hired Rasp along with four others to help his academic research group called the Phaeros Foundation.

Session 2: An Unexpected Guest

During a mission to recover a supposedly ancient House Seal, Rasp was forced to save the life of Major Lee Hackett, revealing the extent of his magical abilities.

Session 5: Rake, Flame, and Shadow

On the Lightning Rail headed to Aundair, Rasp opened up a bit about his past, confirming having been a soldier and medic in the military and serving at some point in Karrnath.

Session 12: Paintings, Poisons, and Private Parties

While Rasp experimented with a pair of shock gauntlets to see if they had a medical use, Rasp noticed something odd: when detecting undead, Rasp noticed a very faint undead scent that was coming off of themselves.
