City Institutions

The powerful elite of the city contrive to keep the lower classes in servitude and want, to profit from their labors and control them in their desperation. Law and Order is presided over by six intitutions: Lord Governor , The City Council, Ministry of Preservation, The magistrates, The City Watch, Inspectors and Spirit Wardens.
Academia is overseen by Doskvol Academy and Charterhall University.
