Lotar is a greatly obeyed and deeply favored god. Chains, iron and fire are vital elements this divine being is associated with and people tend to see him as envious and intelligent. Often depicted as incredibly tall, fat, rough and gleaming Lotar is usually worshipped through atonements and sacrifices.
There's a few main places for those yearn for the blessings of Lotar, but handheld symbols and pyres are a mandatory form of worship to some. Worshippers are plentiful and tend to come in the form of artisans and dwarves, but none shall be excluded from the aid of this god even if the right atonements and sacrifices cannot be abided by.
