Sea-Elves

Sea-Elves are Elves that follow the Wind of Magic of Water. This gives them control over weather and emotions, to a specific degree. Sea-Elves travel the seas, following their Wind of Magic, and making allot of profits in trading. Many Sea-Elves band together, and they've built entire floating cities (think venice but then on a boat). A common human saying is, If you want to prospher, you'll need Sea-Elves. This is because Sea-Elves are the biggest income for many organisations and even countries. Their trade can cause economic successes and collapses. Sea-Elves are incredibaly important for the capitalistic systems of men.
