Steward of Thalassius

Because Zemora, the true king of Thalassius won't leave his palace, the steward of Thalassius controls the city for him. The Steward of Thalassius has his own will, but he(/she)'s pretty much mindcontrolled by Zemora if they don't do what he says.

Requirements

To become this, you need to 1. Be a part of the First Semtian Order 2. Be a 'True Ruler'. 3. Be good enough 4. live in a time where this position is empty (which btw. doesn't happen often).

Appointment

Yes, you are appointed by Zemora. He will turn you, by ways of magic, into his helper. You have your own will, but he can talk telepathically to you and you back to him wherever you are. By his ways he will make you immune to aging, but not a Zemental. This is because you should be there for the people, and not be something that the people can't relate to. Also the People like it much more if they hear a Dwarf talk in person, and not just a voice in their heads.

Duties

You have to take care of the city of Thalassius. YOU ARE THE STEWARD.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

You will not be dismissed from this title, because if you don't do what Zemora says, he'll mind control you to do what he says. This hasn't happened before, because Zemora choses who becomes steward, and will always find someone who thinks the same as he does.

Source of Authority

Zemora gives you the power to do it. You do it in his name.

Length of Term

There is no minimum length of term, but there is a maximum. The maximum is: you can stay Steward for as long as you live. The thing about this is, you don't die of age. The only way to die as a steward is by being killed or murdered.
