Burbalen

The small town of Burbalen lies in the southern Low Country on the banks of the Folkenridge River. A simple community of millers, masons, bakers, and farmfolk that make great use of the number of watermills that are built around the river.
Burbalen receives much of the grain that is harvested from across the Low Country, and mills it into flour and other ingredients to be exported throughout The West Realm.
Like much of the other settlements of the Low Country, life in Burbalen is simple: Wake, Work, Drink, Make Merry, Sleep. This simple life was interrupted by a horrible sickness took the settlement around 24th of Nuremvem, and the town was brought to a standstill. 
The plague was lifted, however, when the tortle druid Ori Mudshell formulated a cure with the aid of a rising adventuring party.
