The Sekheri Dominion is the province of the Central Realm that encompasses the western half of the Titan's Teeth Mountains, including the Forest of Swords. These lands are ruled by the Hobgoblin Sharaat from the mountain stronghold of Sekherah, and consist primarily of goblinoids. 
The Titan's Teeth Mountains have long been the domain of the various hobgoblin tribes, or "legions". Their rule of the region was only formally recognized as a sovereign state after the Unbroken Legion defeated the Goretusk Orcs during the Third Goretusk Invasion.
