Cassian Republic
The Cassian Republic is a republican government located in the northeastern Cassia region, formed by an alliance of the Cassian Gnome and Human peoples that have been native to the region for millennia. Despite its name, the Cassian Republic does not exercise jurisdiction over the Ratling Communes of the Clawkin Marshlands in southeastern Cassia. The Cassian Republic is known for its fair and balanced justice system, and commitment to mortal rights.
