By order of the Whitecut Council , and at Adeela Thornbul protest, a specialist academic has been requested from The Ozbrick Royal Institute of Scientific Arts. After the rescuers had found and returned the notes of the academics that had perrished in the Silverlight Mine Disaster  , the institute states they may have discovered a way to effectively cut through the unkown substance - giving hopes to the desperate village that these new methods and techniques finally reopen the highly valuable Silverlight Straight.
