The Willowwood
The verdant Willowwood teems with life both magical and mundane. The giant forest spreads across the north eastern portions of the Realm of Eternity, east of the Great Canyons and just north and west of the foul Feybog. The Willowwood spans miles. Its trees stretch almost endlessly into the sky. The Willowwood is a place of great power.
Visitors to the Willowwood will meet many strange beings, some friendly, some not so friendly. Wise travelers keep watch for worgs, giant spiders, and capricious tree spirits. Mischievous magical beings are also known to inhabit the Willowwood and tales of terrible bargains with the odd fey folk of the forest are not uncommon.
Several tribes of fairies make their homes in the Willowwood. In exchange for shiny trinkets and earnest promises, the fairies will welcome you into their homes. The Willowwood is strange and beautiful as a general proposition, but the homes of the fairy tribes are absolutely breathtaking to behold.
