Games of a Thousand Days

Every 1000 days, the Goliaths of The Great North Forest come down from their lofty mountain homes and meet in the mountainous region where the Mibr and the Supi rivers join, not far from the town of Supi. Once one or more representative of each of the Goliath clans have gathered, the Games of a Thousand Days commences. One champion from each clan, is selected by popular vote. These champion then begin a rigorous set of completions, each with own point systems.  After all the competitions are completed, the clan elders total the points and declare a winner.  The winner of this competition receives the title of War Chief and will the the Goliath Clans in Battle if they have cause to join together against a common foe within the next 1000 days.
