Phantom Carnies

The Phantom Carnies were a group of assassins who plied their trade in the Northrin kingdoms.  They travelled in various carnivals, stopping at cities and towns.  Those who know the right phrases could hire a phantom carnie to kill someone.  Once hired, the phantom carnie would travel to the home of their target and do shows, acting as jesters, jugglers, and magicians.  After a few shows, they would kill their target and take the body, so it could be said that they "ran away with the circus".
