Frey Cullside

Frey is a breath of fresh air among the usual barbaric ways of Halsar's inhabitants. Well intentioned and rather motherly, Frey takes care of Cataly and ensures no one steps out of line or breaches the balance that allows the settlement to survive. She's said to hold rare and powerful items in her possesion, and holds secret meetings upon the underbelly of Cataly where those looking for something more exotic can find their way.
Relatively trustworthy, and with a sharp eye for trade and shiny loot brought her way, one should always try to give Frey a visit if they get the chance.
