House Dracul

House Dracul is composed entirely of vampires. They are the masters of the night and the shadows, and are known for their aristocratic demeanor and their love of luxury. Their leader is Countess Varushka, a centuries-old vampire who is renowned for her cunning and her ability to manipulate others. The inhabitants of Vita, the region which House Dracul controls, are mostly normal mortals that pay tribute to their vampire leaders in order to keep their lives. Naturally, they are mostly kept as livestock for feeding frenzies of the lower ranked vampire spawn and the purest of blooded villagers are taken directly to House Dracul to assist in their latest feast (As the meal, of course)
