Hulig Tinblown

Hulig Tinblown is an overworked man. Dealing with most of the unorganized nonsense brought by Volduhr's wildcard nature, he could very much use a nap. A strict individual, he sticks by rules and does everything by the book. Hard to reason with and very stubborn, his immovable nature is the glue that holds Tidebleak and Volduhr together.

His mark is called Quickread, and allows him to quickly scan through any piece of writting presented to him. In some cases he may even be capable of identifying a language he doesn't know as long as it's in writting, although it may be the extent of his abilities.
