Lady Kaida Brenam

Lady Kaida rules over Hestoria and the HUEC. Descendant of the great explorer Captain Mulnin Brenam, she's got a reputation as a daring adventurer, strong willed individual and a charismatic leader, usually getting people to do whatever she wishes with lots of words and even more charm. Some have accused her of being too focused on profit and commerce at the expense of the environment and the well-being of her people, but what would they know, right? Whatever the case, this dragonborn woman is a sight to behold in person and in battle. Be sure to bring your glasses when meeting her, however. You never know how fine the print on some of her contracts is.
Her mark is unknown, as she appears to not like to disclose what exactly it does, although many have seen her hold dominion over the tide.
