Primordial Isles

The Primordial Isles are a set of islands given to the Primordial Lords after the end of the Primordial War a few hundred years ago. Lamis, The Archdruid, after proving his worth to the Lords and stopping their fighting, granted them the Primordial Isles as patches of land for them to hold dominion over on the Material Plane, since the original cause of the war was their sudden and violent expansion and invasion of the Realm. Alongside the Primordial Isles, Lamis also created the Great Tree, which connects our plane with the Primordial Planes and allows elemental beings to roam our realm. The Isles are held by their respective Primordial Lords, and hold little structure for the most part, with the exception of a few Giant tribes and communities that inhabit the isles of air, fire and earth (as well as Earth elves that worship Grom, the Mountain Lord), and the Water Elemental communities of Nereida's realm in the Isle of water. The isles are almost uninhabitable to individuals not connected to their respective element (except the Isle of Earth, which is filled with wonderous fauna), but there are said to be great artifacts and ancient relics hidden away within them, waiting for those daring enough to invade the Primordial Lords' land.
In the Primordial Isles, roots generate from the great tree that connect to the center of each one of them, attuning the Plane to their respective elements.
