Shün, Goddess of Solitude

Nothingness. Absolute isolation. The expanse that opens up to the dead after they've passed and the living when they've lost their way: Loneliness. This is what Shün represents. Solitude.

Followers of Shün find peace in this isolation, with many turning to meditation and actively seeking out locations to get away from all stimuli, until they've reached absolute nothingness. To connect with Shün is to empty one's mind and find true peace within it. Within the endless emptiness of the void. Many of these devout followers believe that only when you've truly lost everything, and have become utterly alone, can one begin to be happy.
