Personal history

Before first nightmare: Ervny grew up in the outskirts and was raised by his father Straz. Before becoming a dreamer he worked in a factory alongside Straz. Ervny first met Krim, the leader of a local gang named the 13th row mob, after a chemical spill left Ervny coughing up his lungs. Krim gave him the medicine needed to recover in exchange for a few, relatively simple errands.After a workplace accident left Straz with chronic pain Ervny sought out Krim. Both agreed that in exchange for picking up occasional jobs Krim would provide painkillers. Initially working as a drug runner or messenger, Krim gradually gave him more and more dangerous missions. Eventually Krim sent Ervny on low-level assasination missions where he used his small stature and sickly appearance to be dismissed as harmless before striking. By the time of his first nightmare Ervny had successfully completed several of these missions and was in Krim's good graces, though he had some rivals in the lower rungs of the gang.

While mostly cautious, he tries to be as friendly as possible. While originally due to an instinct gained from growing up with few true friends in a gang, his isolation since becoming a dreamer has made him somewhat desperate to find companions.

Hygiene

While not picky about his food or his general cleanliness, he has a slight paranoia around exposing his eyes and lungs to anything he suspects to be even slightly toxic after a bad poisoning in his youth.

Contacts & Relations

Straz (Father) - On good terms, although slightly strained relationship over Ervny's gang involvement.
Deti (Shadow/Bestie) - Ervny's closes friend, despite its objections and their relatively new relationship. How much of this view is due to Ervny's isolation from other beings in uncertain though it is certainly a factor in hi opinion of his shadow.
Stray? (Friend) - Seemingly the most reasonable friend Ervny currently has, although Ervny has yet to figure out her perculiarities.
Mack (Friend) - Seems chill, helpful and most importantly somewhat mentally stable (besides the usual psycopathic tendencies Ervny is used to). Sometimes he seems too strict.
David (Potential Ally/Threat) - A danger to himself and those around him. Ervny would be more critical had David not proved his usefulness time and time again. He still treads lightly around him though.
Iris (Threat/Unlikely Friend?) - Dangerous regardless of lack of hostility and incredible helpfulness. Ervny is unsure about Iris as she reminds him too much of his prior gang leader.
Euclid (Friend?) - Seems unreliable but has not stabbed Ervny yet. Hurray (:

Family Ties

Straz (Father) - As honest a man you can get in the outskirts, Straz was the only carer of Ervny before he could join proper work. Injured in a workplace accident near the start of Ervny's teen years, Straz gained chronic pain in his right arm. He's barely able to work without the relatively expensive painkiller Ervny aquires from less than savoury friends. Unkown (Mother) - All Ervny is aware of about his mother is that she left sometime in his first years of life.
