General Summary

Though initially planned as a meditation session, the children quickly took to chatting away instead. Teshi had some words of wisdom to impart, while Kaye remained skeptical of tradition.

The process of martial refinement is one of personal discovery and a showcase of your mastery of aetherial manipulation through the joined efforts of Mind, Body and Soul. The accomplishments cannot be graded, they can only be valued by the measure of satisfaction the wielder holds for them.

Fighting, or at least the way the children see it, is simply a means to show off your progress, rather than the harm the other.
The remainder of the time training was spent practicing specific moves, rather than drills that might improve overall fitness. The lessons had more in common with the Three Arts in Teichi, rather than military training.
After the training was over, Vihd stressed the importance of accepting help from others.
