Chapter 18: The Young Scholar
General Summary
Luanshi arrived at the end of the road, finding no immediate way to cross over to the Scholar's Sect headquarters. Yet luckily, some helpful scholars happened to be present to assist him. Xia Wei and Xia Fei Lu informed him that the only way to get across is to fly, which was outside of Luanshi's capabilities at the time.
Owing to their hospitality, Luanshi was able to get a free meal out of their company.
Luanshi learnt the original title of the Empire: The Office of Societal Foundation and Logistics. Though according to Wei, the Emperor is also intended to be called the Acting Guardian. In order to learn how to cross the chasm, Luanshi accepted a deal from Fei Lu. To assist her in her project, in trade for learning how to glide.
He accepted, and was able to grasp the art quick enough to head out towards his destination, the Scholar's Sect.
