Chapter 3: The Harrier

General Summary

Fei Lu managed to persuade Aera Tia to assist in training. The equally young student under Kaye's tutelage had little actual experience in dueling anyone the likes of a Guardian.
Fei Lu stressed the importance of consent when it comes to dueling, typically indicated by performing a traditional bow prior to engaging. The first blow of a battle is intended to set a standard for the pace of what comes ahead, a careful decision to make for whomever tries to take initiative.
While the fight consisted of fairly standard back and forth, by the time both parties were at their peak, the fight grinded to a halt as a pivotal combination attack was interrupted partway, resulting in the injury of Fei Lu.
