Loblolly

A loblolly is a forest giant found in The Forgotten World.

Basic Information

Anatomy

The loblolly has a generally hominid appearance. It has long, bare legs with the appearance of tree trunks. The loblolly's torso and head is covered in green hair, with the appearance of pine needles. The average height of the loblolly is 20-30 meters.

Loblollies have a very similar appearance to the pine trees which grow in forests throughout the hinterlands. The are masters of camouflage and are very difficult for a traveler to spot.

Ecology and Habitats

Loblollies live in pine forests throughout The Forgotten World, where they blend in with the trees to ambush unwary prey.
