Those beyond the realms

The primary inhabitants of the realms are locals. Nevalicians, Llorentians, Therians, and Oddfolk. However, with the realms' boundaries convulsing, thinning, and compromising to the constant activity of the madness, reality is often compromised.
These compromises distort space and time, the very essence of being. With the compromise comes unfamiliar blood to the realms. The status quo often changed through the introduction of those beyond the realms.
Most outlanders who are displaced end up in Oddities or Zeronia.
Are they sentient? Trustworthy? Benign? What stake does a foreign humanoid or entity have in the realms?
