Long Flail
Long Flail - A flail common to the Grand Duke Veluk's alternating lines of sequential flailers. Such a weapon can be cumbersome, unwieldy in close quarters combat, and inefficient in duels. However, when occupying a secondary line, behind a sentinel, or behind stationary cover, long flails can offer a tactical advantage. You are capable of attacking an enemy between 10 and 5 feet, with partial cover or higher, a solid object, or friendly player or NPC between you and your target, and you gain +1 to attack roll when those conditions are met. An attack uses the main action and bonus action.
