Royal Family of the New Blood

The fourth major ruling body of Llorentiel. The family of the new blood succeeded the family of the third blood despite the conspiracy behind their rise to ruling power.   The basis of this political ruling system comes from the realm's founder, Lloren. Drawing their lineage back to her, the genius pioneer of Fate, the royal family consists of her blood relatives. Llorentiel is run via meritocratic gynenocracy.   The ruler is determined based off of specific criteria.   I. A biological female member of the royal family above the age of 15.
II. Sworn fealty to the the country of Diadem.
III. Has achieved government rank.
IV.. Succeeded in the rite of prowess.
  -   I. Evidence of blood ties must be provided to the court of Diadem.     II. A blood oath must be offered to the court of Diadem. Breaking of the oath ensures termination of the immediate family line.     III. Performed sufficient government duty to earn recognition worthy of title.     IV. Be the victor of the rite of prowess. The rite of prowess is a gauntlet of various skill and talent based tests between each member of the royal family fit to be the next competitor to the throne. Such tests may include archery, foot combat, crafting, oratory tests, literature recital, and others as divined by the court of Diadem.   -   The court of Diadem is a ratio of various members of government office. Should the need for additional members beyond the prescribed needs arise, the ratio must double.

If there is a member of the royal family that succeeds the prior tests but is too young to hold office, a retainer will be assigned as determined by the court of Diadem.
