Bounty Hunters' Guild

Operations

To make a bounty for the Guild, the requester must fill out a form with as much information as they have or are willing to give. If the requester marks it, they can meet with the hunter that takes the bounty and give them more information.   The Bounty Hunters' Guild is a interRealm organization, meaning that unlike many other Guilds they have headquarters in all of the Realms. As a result, if a bounty is given in one Realm and they escape to another Realm, the hunter can simply go to that Realms headquarters and request to operate in the Realm.

History

The Bounty Hunters' Guild was created in the aftermath of the Convergence, before the Realms began to settle. The Guild was originally a Adventurers' Guild simply named 'Bounty Hunters' that offered their services to the government of Cafruela as many of the law keepers had died or were unable to continue their work. The ruling body of the Realm gave the Guild a list of names of those they needed found, often people in a position of power who had gone missing, as well as the occasional other Guild to look for.   As the law keepers recovered, the end of the Guild seemed to draw near until they were approached by a representative from another Guild who asked them if they could locate a missing member of theirs, the first 'bounty' that was not from the ruling body. It was misfortune that when the searcher found the bounty, they attacked, having been driven mad by their Mana Delirium suddenly increasing in intensity over a short period of time. The searcher brought the body back and was asked if they could hunt down whoever had caused the Delirium to flare.   This was the first true bounty for the Guild and steered their path into becoming the Bounty Hunters' Guild know throughout the Realms currently.
