Session #12: A Shit Situation.

General Summary

The four prisoners are thrown into multiple jail cells. Kiwigap'awa is thrown in with the Zhentarim leader, Davil Starsong. In another cell is an old friend of Hope Netherrain from the land of Elturguard, a religious zealot named Kriv, a male blue dragonborn.
However, before that, Luthrin Arcaidis is busy investigating his own leads, yet he is interupted when he sees a man in the market. It is an old man whom Luthrin recognizes as someone named Cain with proportions and eye color just slightly off from when Luthrin last saw this man. Upon investigating this phenomenon, Luthrin finds that this is actually a doppleganger taking a human form, and using a different title in the said form. Luthrin plans to talk to this man the following day after learning this, but that night he learns of the incarceration of his party.
Meanwhile, the rest of the party deals with their imprisonment following their rest. Kiwi, the night before had talked to Davil in their close cell, and he had managed to send a message to Luthrin of their incarceration. In the following moments, Davil is freed from incarceration after the party was stared at by a woman in a thin white garment, and a half-orc man with an obviously injured throat and cut off ear inspects the party. As he does, Kuro and the rest of the group begin fighting, Kuro using stool from the lavatory within his cell to attack the man inspecting him.
During the day following Luthrin's revelations, he decides to find a way to free his group. He ends up at the Sea Maiden's Faire, asking Zardoz Zord for help, but eventually Luthrin leaves with nothing. Humorously, Finn is told by Luthrin about the others predicament, so Finn attempts to talk his way into freeing them, however, neither he nor the attendant at the clerk's desk are aware of the crappy scuffle occurring in the cell block. However, he soon sees a half-orc man rush into the room shouting for more guards to get back there, before knocking out a Finn who attempted to start a fire upon the inspector's clothing using a flint and steel.
The fight ends, with much bloodshed occuring on the guards side, with a poxguard knocking out a majority of the party and a couple of guards knocking out Alex.
Luthrin is walking away thinking of his next plan after discussing his issue with Yagra. As he does, he suddenly gets extremely drowsy and collapses, his mind on the doppleganger gang, and a small child outside of their hideout.
The group all awaken in a cart barreling down a road. It contains a small barred window opening at the back and a slit at the front to be opened from the outside. They are all chained to the metallic wall of the cart in manacles. They manage to break out mostly, Kiwi even jumping out of the window as a small snake, but the rest are brought down. And so, the cart barres forward as a lone Kiwi is left, in her elven form in the middle of the wood.
