Titans' Folly #3: Twists of Fate

General Summary

The worm immediately acts, picking up Kurt and swallowing him, immediately ending the haste he had casted upon Hope and Kriv, causing a lethargy to spread over the siblings. After that, the emissaries flew in and began their insidious acts, causing a burst of poisonous spores and clawing at the wizards, badly wounding Nix.
Afterwards, the puppeted being notices the blade that was thrust at it, so it picked it up and vanished. After this, the adventurers perform their strikes, but as Nix attempts to maneuver their way around to get a powerful lightning bolt off, they are caught by the bladed arm of an emissary, and as they are held there, another emissary swings both bladed arms down, killing the poor child.
Eventually, knowing that Kurt may die from being within the stomach of the worm, Bear grows in size and holds the worm's mouth agape to attempt to free the sorcerer from its grasp, and he pulls Kurt out, barely alive, giving Ariel and Kriv the chance to save the bleeding figure.
After this point, Luthrin flies through the worm via a wild magic flight granted to them by Kurt previously, completely severing a large chunk of the front side of its throat. The worm falls, and Luthrin flies through, continuing to fight the emissaries.
The emissaries retort but fail to do much harm, so the party moves in to finish these enemies.
