Desreathra Flatstone
Desreathra Flatstone is the owner and proprietess of the House of Rubys, a high end fashion and design shop located on Brocade Ally in the shattered quarter. The House of Rubys was established shortly after the end of the Orc wars, during the initial years of Fornradur's reign. Madame Flatstone is the second owner of the business, having inherited it from her mentor, Jassaerika Warmback.
She is also a senior member of the Seamstress' Guild, the organization that provides practioners of the second oldest profession with security and helathcare. Desreathra holds the position of Madame of Independant Contractors. She oversees sex workers who operate independantly of any established house of pleasure. She also oversees the enforcers who convince unregistered workers to join the guild or move on.
