A Caladine is a tree born from magic and they have only existed after the War of Light and Dark after the abuse of magic alter the entire continent and many of the plants and animals residing on it. The Caladine is consider a sacred tree by High Elves and Wood Elves as they are a strong source of magic with in them and sue its sap and leaves for potions and rituals. But they are carful no to harm the tree as it is somewhat sentient and can feel pain. These potions can be from healing potion to resistance potions. With rituals revolving around vanquishing monsters and demons due to the purity of the tree.
